Job Title: General Production
Department: All Manufacturing Departments
Location: Mason City
Hours: 1st shift 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon. – Thur. & Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 am and overtime as required.
2nd Shift 3:45 pm to 1:15 am Mon. – Thur. & Friday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm and overtime as required.

Job Duties:

• Perform a variety of wood working tasks to manufacture kitchen and bath cabinetry as well as multi–component interior passage doors, fire place mantles, moldings & millworks
  
• Use a wide variety of woodworking equipment including but not limited to table saws, routers, planers, air-powered sanders, pin guns and spray finishing equipment
  
• Participate in all types of shop floor Kaizen events including CIT's, SKB, SUR, BPI, RQI and TPM.
  
• Participate in shop safety, quality and productivity programs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Highly motivated to work in a team environment
  
• Knowledge of Kaizen Methodology helpful
  
• Prior factory experience helpful
  
• Basic capabilities in math, measurement, and mechanical aptitude
  
• Must be flexible to changing routines/tasks
  
• Must be available on a regular, predictable, full–time basis
