Job Title: Senior Designer
Department: Showroom
Location: Hiawatha, IA
Hours: 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed.

Job Duties:

• Cabinetry design for all rooms of the home
  
• Executing all aspects fo the sales cycle
  
• Provide superior customer service and follow through
  
• Work with the contractors during installation to explain design elements
  
• Have a specific plan in place for generating new business and lead prospecting

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3 – 5 years experience in direct sales and design experience
• Proven track record
• 20/20 design experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
