Where We Build

Woodharbor has two state-of-the-art facilities in northern Iowa. Our Mason City factory consists of 168,000 square feet and is the homebase for all 3 lines of our cabinetry: Woodharbor Custom, CastPointe, and Rockglen.

Mason City

This facility, and the process used to craft the cabinets, are a unique blend of individualized attention and high-tech automation. Some points of the process involve craftsmen performing detailed, delicate handiwork. Other points are automated, taking advantage of the efficiencies the very latest technology can provide. But every point in the manufacturing process involves a Woodharbor employee supervising each step with individual attention.

Northwood

The same care and attention is found at our second 180,000 square foot facility, in Northwood, Iowa, where we manufacture all of our interior doors.

Our innovative automated door line system utilizes various high-tech, state-of-the-art components manufactured to Woodharbor's unique specifications. The line is designed to utilize just-in-time manufacturing with no machine/tool change over required between the manufacturing of each component or door. Woodharbor builds each door per customer specification, allowing for various options including, wood species, configuration, stile and rail profile, panel profile, finish, machining application, pre-hanging, and custom modification.
