This kitchen was a fun challenge as it was a major remodel to an older home on the Atlantic ocean front. This was a family room that they changed into the kitchen to the first challenge was to work with all the existing windows, but also a great opportunity to give the homeowners a beautiful view in all the key areas. We also had to deal with a lower ceiling. To create the illusion of a taller ceiling it was important to leave the walls open, with minimal wall cabinets. |
