Shipping & Delivery
Woodharbor can only ship to valid street addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Woodharbor samples are made to order, please allow 7-10 days for production plus shipping time.
Standard Shipping – Ground
Standard shipping is included in the cost of the sample. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days to most cities within the continental United States. For residents of Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, a $10 charge will be added to the cost of the door. Shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days.
Second Day Air
Second Day Air shipping occurs in 2 Business Days without weekend delivery.
The cost of expedited shipping is calculated in the shopping cart when you place your order.
Next Day Air
Next Day Air shipments will arrive in 1 Business Day without weekend delivery. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated in the shopping cart when you place your order.

Returns & Replacements
Because samples are made to order, all sales are final and not returnable for sample items. Incorrect or defective product will be replaced to the original order.
