As a family owned and operated company, Woodharbor Custom Cabinetry was founded on the principles and ethics of which stewardship is at the core. Woodharbor is committed to sustaining and replenishing the environment through exploring and implementing continuous improvements to our manufacturing processes and systems. We are equally committed to stewardship for our employees by providing a clean, safe, rewarding work environment and by supporting efforts to better the communities in which they live.
Woodharbor Custom Cabinetry received certification from an agency that measure the environmental impact of manufacturers—Kitchen Cabinet Makers Association (KCMA).
KCMA Environmental Stewardship Program Certification
Woodharbor’s custom cabinetry is certified through the Environmental Stewardship Program, administered by KCMA. In order to receive this rigorous certification, Woodharbor showed compliance in five categories:
air quality, product resource management, process resource management, environmental stewardship and community relations. Woodharbor is displaying KCMA seals on its products so dealers and consumers know they are buying from a cabinet manufacturer who practices responsible stewardship of our country’s natural resources.
KCMA created the Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP) to encourage policies and practices, specifically in the kitchen and bath cabinetry industry, that benefit society and the environment. This program provides an avenue for
cabinet manufacturers and suppliers to show their commitment to environmental sustainability.
